From being overweight, low self esteem and no ambition I have improved my weight, grown confidence, competed in 3 figure competitions and put my efforts into helping others that are ready to take the step to make changes and reach their goals.
Back in the UK, I not only helped people individually but brought group exercises to different locations bringing communities together through fun and intense training.
