Hi, I am a qualified nutritionist and lev 4 personal trainer. I train from 95 years old senior citizen to 10 years old children. I provide online nutrition and training as well. I have proven record of weight loss, improve body composition etc. I have my own private studio where I train women and kids and go to several retirement villages to train seniors.

Every age of clients, I train kids, train seniors in retirement villages, my several clients are off from diabetes and cholesterol, PCOD etc life style problems

I enjoy my time with me every client either they are with me for long time or short time.

Look for a coach who will educate you not just only train you. I believe in the same. I explain to my clients why I am making them do any specific workout.
