Professional experience
I graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and minors in Food Science and Food Service Management. I worked as a nutritionist in Christchurch city for a year before moving to Perth, then to Canada and back to NZ in *information hidden*Since arrival back to NZ I’ve been working back in Christchurch city at a corporate gym as well as for my own practice, based in near Amberley and working mostly remotely. While travelling I took on board many food cultures and behaviors across the globe to come up with a wide view of health. I have had great success with improving clients quality of life with weight management, gut health, stress management and support with mental blocks and trauma. I’ve found that most of us eat for many more reasons that because we are hungry, I like to get to the bottom of it and help empower positive food, lifestyle and mindset changes with education so that you can be the happiest and healthiest that you can be. I look forward to helping you reach your goals.
