I have had back issues which resulted in a couple of surgeries followed by a long and painful recovery which had me going backwards with mobility and pain. In turn I put on a lot of weight to get to the heaviest I've ever been. Working with Michael in a team enviroment with personalised workouts for me and my back has given tremendous results in a short time which has seen me loose upwards of 15 KGS (workout accompanied by nutrition).

Michael is a very understanding, patient and passionate trainer. I have been out of shape for a while and he made me feel very comfortable and went right back to basics with me.
