“Although I was in the fitness industry for many years I found that after I had four children I was overweight and very self-conscious about it. I decided to get myself back into shape and I did achieve this. I did have to work hard but it was worth it because I am fitter and healthier. I am very excited about helping other people achieve what I have done. I certainly know that when you are busy with work and family it is really hard to fit exercise into your schedule. Let me show you how you can do it”. Jackie is passionate about health and fitness. She believes in teaching the skills you need to create habits that will empower you to become fit and healthy and live a more positive and fulfilling life.
