Best if all possible clients to make an appointment so much easier to talk face to face than an email or phone call-- so we can go over the cake ,shape of cake/ cakes. icing for cake cake board etc. a 50% deposit is required at time of ordering cash or direct credit only and final payment can be done the same way-- NO CREDIT . We can do you cake if you give Margaret at least 14 days notice will have to refuse if order one day or wanting on the cake this has happened- Miracles do take time -- wedding cakes 4-6 months is advised

I have a 167 food handling certificate done catering plus also for local church catering for over 18 years for church functions and private church functions also a retail diploma

this started as a hobby many years ago had my own cake shop now working from home

I enjoyed doing a ladies 2 tier cake for her 50th birthday making and icing the cakes the whole project took one day to bake both cakes and 10 days making the flowers and icing the two cakes - lots of good comments

I would advise that you book your cake booking in plenty of time ahead of your function so each of us do not get stressed A good cake does take time to make and decorate and I wish it to be a success on the day.
