High Foot Traffic Office Location
We have offices in Waipu, Whangarei and Auckland. Waipu is a hot spot for tourism and has excellent foot traffic year round, but since the new legislation in November 2009 we are driving forward in expansion and will have the ability to be mobile via wireless internet access to this base so can offer a greater range of Sale and Purchase options. goodGround is centrally based but by no means are we Just Local We are proud to be Local, National and International.

We offer a range of Media advertising to suit our vendors, this includes Local papers, National Newspapers, Specialist Property Magazines and On Line Marketing campaigns. We would encourage some form of multi-media advertising as this gives our vendors the opportunity to tell prospective buyers all the great assets their property has in a format that we can tailor make to suit them from our Multi Media packages. This can set them apart from EVERY other property currently on the market that is similar to theirs.
Sales Success Rate
We are proud of our sales conversion rate.
