A seasoned professional Ian spent over 20 years in strategic Sales / Marketing / Business Development roles, working for industry leading-companies in the International OIL & GAS Pipeline-Construction business ‘anti-corrosion coatings’. During this time, Ian travelled extensively within: Europe, Africa, Middle East, India, Pakistan, North & South America, Russia & FSU states, SE Asia / China / Hong Kong, Australia & New Zealand. Ian entered the Real Estate profession in 2005, achieving an impressive +$8 million value of residential property in sales, during his initial 12-month period in this industry. This lead to his immediate induction into the elite Gold Club in *information hidden*....a feat he repeated in the next five-consecutive years (up to 2011), and again in *information hidden*Ian achieved this ‘Gold Standard’ despite the prevailing ‘challenging market conditions’, following the Global Financial Crisis 'GFC' (when residential property ‘sales volumes’ in the Hastings / Hawkes Bay region slumped to 50% of the 2007-peak levels). Ian then gained rare-entry into the prestigious Platinum Club in *information hidden*a feat he repeated in 2013 and *information hidden* Ian is especially proud to have achieved consistently high-volumes of sales, during such challenging times (when other agents have been unable to maintain their own sales momentum).
