We are property investors ourselves, so we know what it is like to be a landlord and own investment property. For us, tenant selection is paramount, and we work with our owners to discuss their ideal tenants and establish what best suits their needs. Everyone has a different view on how little or much they wish to be involved - some like to be a bit more 'hands on' than others, but we will always contact the owner when there are any changes or maintenance issues. That strong communication always ensures everybody is on the same page and that we are unified in our approach in moving forward!
