He was knowledgeable and helpful. He came around the full house. Looked at the pump and told me there is no problem with the pipes. Will wait to sort out the bill with water works. A very good plumber.

The search gave me his details but he lives in West Auckland and I live in Drury. Too far from me. After setting a date, he had to cancel due to family issues.

Unfortunately Zak missed the first appointment, which was a bit annoying, but turned up for the next one and fixed the problem with the minimum amount of fuss. He also gave some very useful advice. Overall, very happy with his work, just wish he'd phoned me about his no-show first off.
