We cover a wide range of services. Some have standard pricing, while many jobs are unique and standard pricing is not suitable. In those circumstances we would assess the extent of the work and provide a fee estimate.
After an initial phone call or email in which we receive the property details and information on what the project consists of, we determine what surveying is required and how it is to proceed. A fee estimate or quote is prepared and forwarded to the client along with any further details that may be useful to him/her. If the fee estimate is accepted, an agreement is forwarded for signing before the work proceeds.
