About Cathedral City Line Dancers
Professional experience
Cathedral City Line Dancers is a community of line dancers based in Christchurch, New Zealand. They welcome everyone to join them for fitness, social activity, fun, and friendship. The group offers beginners and experienced dancers several options to choose from during the week. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, new dancers can attend classes from 6 pm to 7 pm, and experienced dancers from 7 pm to 8.15 pm. The classes are held at the Woolston Club, located on Hargood Street, Woolston, Chch. For those new to line dancing or looking for a midday activity, the group holds classes on Tuesdays from *information hidden*pm to 1.30 pm. Every Monday, Cathedral City Line Dancers hold line dancing sessions specifically designed for people over 50. However, everyone who loves line dancing is welcome to join the fun and be part of the community. These sessions take place at the Bromley Community Centre on Bromley Road, Bromley. If you want to learn the basics of line dancing in a fun and immersive environment, join Cathedral City Line Dancers' classes led by Rose, a seasoned line dance instructor. The group promises a great time filled with country music, fun, and laughter. Mary Stanley-Shepherd is one of the line dance instructors at Cathedral City Line Dancers. With experience from the Hendon Technical College in the UK, she is dedicated to making sure everyone has a great time learning to line dance.
