I am a qualified Chef with over 25 years experience in the food industry.
Travelling, cooking, learning new methods from international Chefs, army Chefs and navy Chefs as well as working under an Environmental officer gives me in-depth knowledge for food products food safety/ handling food costing.
Whatever my client requests I will produce.Currently registered under my trading name ’ Hooked on Kai Fusion’ I offer me grant cuisine infused with Kai Maori foods.
